Warranty
- Karma hair tools carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, starting on the original purchase date.
- The warranty covers genuine Karma tools wherever they were bought. Hair accessories such as brushes, combs, clips and heat mats are not covered.
- Register the tool within 14 days of purchase and keep proof of purchase. An approved replacement is free within 30 days of delivery (website orders) or of the receipt date (tools bought elsewhere); after that a warranty fee applies, which includes the new tool and its shipping.

Shipping
- Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, with tracking, via FedEx or USPS.
- Standard shipping is $20 (3–7 business days after shipping) and free on US orders of $120 or more. Expedited is $30 (2–3 business days). International is a flat $60.
- Orders can be cancelled or have their address changed only before they ship: the support chat on our website can cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, or email cs@karmabeauty.com.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items, with no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping.

Is Karma Beauty the same brand as Karma Hair Beauty?
Yes. Karma Beauty is the current name of Karma Hair Beauty. The old website, karmahairbeauty.com, now redirects to karmabeauty.com, and the products and warranty are the same.
Which Karma flat iron is right for my hair?
The Sea La Vie 2" Infrared Flat Iron has extra-wide gold titanium plates for thick and long hair. The Pretty Pink 1" Infrared Flat Iron has floating gold titanium plates for everyday straightening, flipped ends and waves.
