Subscribe & Save Terms

Automatic Renewal & Billing

Karma Beauty Subscribe & Save subscriptions automatically renew at the delivery frequency you choose on the product page (for example every week, every 2 weeks or every month, where offered) until you cancel. By choosing Subscribe & Save and agreeing at checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal order on that schedule. The subscription price, discount, shipping and taxes are shown before you enroll and in your order confirmation.

We will give you advance notice of any change to your subscription price or other material terms, so you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Skip, Change or Cancel

You can skip a delivery, change your frequency or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from the subscriptions section of your account on our website, or by emailing cs@karmabeauty.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in your account. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, and we'll send you a confirmation.

Orders & Refunds

Cancelling your subscription does not cancel or refund orders that have already been charged. Hair care products are final sale; see our Return & Refund Policy for details. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
