Every Karma Beauty hair tool is covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tool has a covered fault in the first 30 days (from delivery for website orders, or from the date on your receipt for tools bought elsewhere), we replace it free. After that, a one-time warranty replacement fee applies. The fee covers the new tool and its shipping within the contiguous US.

- Shipping a replacement to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada adds $19.99, and to Mexico $29.99. For other countries, we confirm the cost before you pay.
- Proof of purchase (a receipt, order confirmation or bank/card statement showing the purchase) is required for every claim.
- Accessories (brushes, combs, tool holders, heat mats and similar) are not covered by the warranty.
- If your model has been discontinued, we send a comparable model.
