File A Warranty Claim

We're sorry your Karma tool isn't working. Karma hair tools carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The fastest way: start your claim in the chat on our website, or email cs@karmahairbeauty.com with your order number (or receipt) and a short description of the problem. We'll tell you the fee for your tool (or that it's free) before you do anything.

Fees: within the first 30 days after delivery, an approved replacement is free with proof of purchase. After that, the warranty fee for your tool already includes shipping of the replacement within the US. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada add $19.99; Mexico adds $29.99. For other countries, please contact us first.

Verification video: before a replacement ships, we ask for one short continuous video (10–20 seconds): first a piece of paper with your full name and that day's date written on it, next to the tool, then the tool unplugged and its power cord being cut. Please don't cut anything until we've confirmed your claim.

Replacements ship within one week of approval (or of payment, when a fee applies), in the same model and color, or a comparable one of equal or greater value if it's no longer available. Tools bought on Amazon or eBay aren't covered by our warranty.
