Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Karma Beauty. Here is how we process and ship your order.

Order processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Cancellations and address changes

An order can be cancelled or have its delivery address changed only before it ships. Because most orders ship the same day, please contact us right away at cs@karmahairbeauty.com or through the chat on our website.

Shipping rates (US)

Free standard shipping on new orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) to the continental US.

  • Standard shipping on orders under $50: $10
  • Faster shipping options, when available for your address, are calculated at checkout.

The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times (after your order ships)

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Carriers and addresses

We ship with FedEx and USPS. P.O. boxes can be shipped by USPS only. We can't ship to APO/FPO addresses.

International orders

We ship to select countries outside the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer unless checkout says otherwise.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom and allow 48 hours, then contact us. Missing packages should be reported within 7 days of the delivery date, and damage within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.

Warranty replacements

Shipping of a warranty replacement is included in the warranty fee. Replacements ship within one week of approval (or of payment, when a fee applies).
