Return & Refund Policy

At Karma Beauty, we want you to love your tools. Here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

Products purchased directly from www.karmabeauty.com can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. If your item has been opened, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.

Gift sets must be returned complete, with every item in the set. Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, masks, serums and similar), gift cards and products marked "Final Sale" are final sale and can't be returned. Hair care that arrives damaged or wrong is still replaced.

How to start a return

Email cs@karmahairbeauty.com from the address on your order, or use the chat on our website, with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll register your return and send you the return address and instructions right away.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a trackable shipping service; we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, or an item is missing, email cs@karmahairbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement, or refund those items if you prefer.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom and allow 48 hours. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on new orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) to the continental US. Warranty replacements are separate: the warranty fee already includes shipping of your replacement tool.

Cancellations

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. An order can be cancelled or have its address changed only before it ships, so please contact us right away.

International orders

We ship to select countries outside the US. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

Purchases from other stores

Products bought from any other store or seller are returned through that seller, under their return policy. Our warranty still covers your tool (see our warranty policy; purchases on Amazon and eBay are not covered).
