Warranty policy

At Karma Hair Beauty, we stand behind the quality and performance of our professional hair tools. Karma hair tools carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the original purchase date.

Warranty Eligibility

  • Please register your tool within 14 days of purchase: register your tool. If you missed that window, contact us anyway and we'll help.
  • Please keep your proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Without one we can still help, but the warranty fee applies even in the first 30 days.
  • Tools bought on Amazon or eBay are not covered by the warranty.

What Is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including manufacturing defects, faulty materials, and electrical or mechanical failure not caused by misuse.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water or improper handling
  • Use contrary to the product instructions, or on the wrong voltage
  • Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Damage from external factors such as power surges

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

The fastest way is the chat on our website, or email cs@karmahairbeauty.com with your order number (or receipt) and a short description of the problem. You can also use the Warranty Claim Form.

Warranty Verification

Before a replacement is sent, we ask for a short video (10–20 seconds, one continuous take): first a piece of paper with your full name and that day's date written on it, next to the tool, then the tool unplugged and its power cord being cut. A photo isn't enough. We'll tell you the fee (or that it's free) before you cut anything.

Fees and Shipping

  • First 30 days: an approved replacement is free of charge (with proof of purchase).
  • After 30 days: replacements carry a warranty fee that depends on the tool and already includes shipping of the replacement within the US.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada adds $19.99; Mexico adds $29.99. For other countries, please contact us first.
  • Replacements ship within one week of approval (or of payment, when a fee applies).

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we replace the product with the same model, or with a comparable model of equal or greater value if the original is no longer available. If the original color is unavailable, a comparable color may be provided. Warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karma Hair Beauty's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
